The stress management seminar taught by HQPT for the CYO/Camp Howard staff was interactive, informative, educational and fun. Ryan and Curtis engaged the team by sharing helpful tips and ideas spanning sleep hygiene, breathing techniques, posture, diet and more. Our team felt motivated and excited to try new techniques.
