JESSICA HUND - Doctor of Physical Therapy
PT, DPT

Jessica received her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology at Western Washington University where her love for motor control and biomechanics was ignited. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at George Fox University.  The details of her thesis led her to view how fear altered a person’s movement which often hindered their capacity for meaningful change.

Since graduation she has been honored by the opportunity to work with individuals and athletes alike across the lifespan, treating pediatrics and geriatrics with the same strength principles altering frequency, intensity, time, type, and progression of exercises.

Upon having her daughter, she was dismayed by the lack of accessibility and evidence-based care for those with pelvic floor involvement.  Jess decided to step into this gap and utilize the same principles she had spent her career studying and apply these to the pelvic floor.  Dr. Hund is passionate about creating an environment where trust is formed and refuses to acknowledge that the status quo needs to be the usual.
