Tired of PT That Doesn't Get You Back Running?

Most runners cycling through conventional PT get 15-minute sessions, generic exercise sheets, and advice to 'rest it out' — without ever learning why the injury happened in the first place.

You're Rushed and Overlooked

High-volume clinics juggle multiple patients at once. You see your PT for minutes, then you're passed off to a tech. There's no time to understand your training history, your goals, or the real root cause of your pain.

Insurance Drives Your Plan — Not Your Goals

When care is dictated by insurance authorizations, your recovery is limited to what gets approved — not what you actually need to return to running at full capacity. Frustrating? Absolutely. Common? Every day.

You Keep Getting Hurt Again

Without addressing movement deficits, neuromuscular weaknesses, and training load, the injury comes back. Generic PT treats the symptom. You need a plan built around why it happened — so it doesn't happen again.

I was ready to give up on my knee. For over a year, I visited multiple physical therapists, doctors, and surgeons, and nobody could tell me what was wrong or how to move forward. Dani was able to tell me what was wrong during our very first consultation, and within three months, my knee was almost completely better. HQ completely changed my life.

Your Path Back to Running — In 3 Clear Steps

Step 1: Book a Free Discovery Call

Start with a no-pressure 15-minute call with one of our Doctors of Physical Therapy. We'll listen to your injury history, understand your running goals, and confirm we're the right fit before you commit to anything.

Your first session includes a comprehensive movement screen, running gait analysis, and strength testing using force plates and dynamometers. We identify the root cause — not just the symptom — and build your personalized HQ PT Movement Prescription on day one.
