Back Pain Physical Therapy in Bend, OR
Whether you're dealing with chronic lower back pain, sciatica, or discomfort that flares up after long days on your feet, you deserve treatment that actually works. At Headquarters Physical Therapy in Bend, we help active Central Oregonians avoid surgery and get lasting relief through evidence-based care tailored to your goals.
Back Pain Shouldn't Control Your Life
You've tried stretching, heating pads, and maybe even cortisone shots—but nothing seems to stick. Insurance-driven PT clinics rush you through 20-minute appointments with generic exercises that don't address what's really causing your pain. Meanwhile, your back pain keeps you from the trails, the course, and the activities you love.
Chronic Lower Back Pain
You feel stiffness and aching that makes it hard to sit, stand, or move comfortably throughout the day.
Sciatica & Nerve Pain
Sharp, shooting pain radiates down your leg, making simple movements feel impossible.
Post-Surgery Pain
You're recovering from an injury or procedure, but progress feels slow and uncertain without the right guidance.

- Out-of-network model means no insurance limitations on your recovery
- Custom plans designed for your goals, from avoiding surgery to crushing your next trail run
““I was told by two very well respected orthopedic surgeons that my knee was bone on bone, and I needed both my knees replaced. A buddy of mine told me to try PT with HQPT. After 7 months of PT twice a week with Jonah, I am amazed that at 68 my legs are stronger than they have been for many many years. Jonah is constantly mixing things up in my workouts, and he watches me closely as I do the exercises he gives me. I could not have made the gains without Jonah’s training and guidance.””
