This camp is designed to empower female athletes through strength training, performance development, and education in healthy habits. Led by female physical therapy, this program creates a positive, inclusive environment where girls can build confidence, improve athletic performance, and take ownership of their training.
In addition to an intro on building physical strength and speed, the camp will include injury prevention strategies; teaching athletes how to move efficiently, recover properly, and avoid the common injuries that often sideline female athletes during high school and club seasons. **
When: Friday July 11th from 11AM-2pm

Who is this for: 13-17 year old girls in sports who want to learn more improving their athletic performance.
