Frustrated with Traditional Physical Therapy Limitations?

You're an athlete who deserves better than rushed sessions and generic treatment plans.

Rushed, Impersonal Sessions

You're passed between aides and PTs, sharing time with multiple patients in 20-minute slots that barely scratch the surface of your needs.

Insurance Dictates Your Care

Your treatment plan is limited by what insurance approves, not what your body actually needs to achieve peak performance and full recovery.

Cookie-Cutter Programs

Generic exercises that don't address the specific demands of your sport, leaving you unprepared for return to competition and vulnerable to re-injury.

When my son injured his hamstring in a track meet this spring, he was devastated. Fortunately, through the Eforce program we were introduced to HQPT and Dr. Ryan Baugus. Ever since the initial consultation Ryan has been invested not only in my son’s recovery, but also in him becoming a healthier, better overall athlete. My son is bigger, faster, stronger, and most importantly more confident. I would recommend anyone looking for a personalized recovery or conditioning plan to check them out.

Nicole Krill - Nutrition Coach at headquarters physical therapy

Nicole Krill - Nutrition Coach

Nicole grew up in Tualatin, Oregon in the kitchen cooking alongside her mom. This led her to take culinary classes and enter competitions all through middle and high school. She went on to attend Culinary School at Linn Benton Community College while finishing her undergraduate degree. She graduated in 2018 from Oregon State University with her Degree in Nutrition.

As a lifelong athlete, she competed in sports ranging from waterpolo, softball, cheerleading, dance, gymnastics, track & field, soccer, etc. She later found her passion for triathlon in college where she competed for OSU's Triathlon Club. She went on to race many Ironman70.'s, marathons, and ultra marathons. Which led her to work with our team here at HQPT for injury rehabilitation. Over the years of training, she went on her own journey to learn what NOT to do, how to fuel to perform, and how to sustain a healthy lifestyle outside of a structured training season.

Nicole is excited to bring her knowledge and passion for food & planning, fueling for sport, sustainable healthy living, and much more in a personalized approach with each of her patients to reach their goals. Her hope is that patients leave their sessions feeling empowered, educated, supported, and heard.

You'll undergo movement analysis using our advanced technology (VALD force plates, Tindeq dynamometers) to establish baseline metrics. We'll create your personalized treatment plan together and often begin hands-on treatment in that first session.
