When my son injured his hamstring in a track meet this spring, he was devastated. Ever since the initial consultation Ryan has been invested not only in my son's recovery, but also in him becoming a healthier, better overall athlete. My son is bigger, faster, stronger, and most importantly more confident. I would recommend anyone looking for a personalized recovery or conditioning plan to check them out.

Our cash-based model allows us to focus entirely on your needs without insurance company limitations on visit frequency, session length, or treatment methods. This means better care, fewer visits, and ultimately lower costs. You receive full transparency on pricing upfront, and many patients use HSA/FSA funds or submit for out-of-network reimbursement.

Every session at HQPT is a full 60 minutes, one-on-one with your Doctor of Physical Therapy. You'll never be passed off to an aide or tech. This extended time allows for comprehensive treatment, manual therapy, exercise instruction, and education in every visit.
-
Bring comfortable athletic clothing that allows access to your hip area, any relevant medical records or imaging (X-rays, MRIs), a list of current medications, and your questions. We'll conduct a comprehensive 60-minute assessment using cutting-edge technology to identify the root cause of your hip pain.
-
Treatment length varies based on your condition, goals, and complexity. Our evidence-based approach and one-on-one care typically achieves results in fewer visits than traditional PT. During your free phone consultation and initial assessment, we'll provide a realistic timeline based on your specific situation.
