Elbow Pain That Won't Go Away Is Costing You

Most people with persistent elbow pain try to push through it, rest it, or settle for generic treatment — and end up losing months of activity, performance, and quality of life.

You're Being Passed Around

Clinic-based PT often means rotating through techs and aides with little face time with an actual doctor. You follow a generic protocol that wasn't built for your elbow, your sport, or your life — and you wonder why progress stalls.

Rest Alone Isn't Enough

Taking time off can reduce pain temporarily, but without addressing the root cause — whether it's tendon load, joint mechanics, or neuromuscular weakness — elbow pain almost always returns the moment you get back to activity.

Every Missed Rep, Swing, or Shift Adds Up

Tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, and overuse injuries don't just hurt — they pull you out of the game, the gym, and the office. The longer you wait for real answers, the further you fall behind on the goals that matter to you.

At Headquarters Physical Therapy, every elbow pain patient receives a full hour of undivided attention with a Doctor of Physical Therapy — not a rotating cast of assistants. Our cash-based, out-of-network model means no insurance-driven session limits, no rushed appointments, and complete transparency on cost. We use objective tools like VALD force plate testing and Tindeq dynamometer assessments to measure your progress and build a plan that's specific to your body and your goals.

  • 60-minute 1:1 sessions with a Doctor of Physical Therapy — always, every visit
  • Cash-based model with full cost transparency and direct PT access via text or email
  • Cutting-edge testing (VALD force plates, Tindeq dynamometer) for objective, measurable outcomes

I was ready to give up on my knee. For over a year, I visited multiple physical therapists, doctors, and surgeons, and nobody could tell me what was wrong. Dani was able to tell me what was wrong during our very first consultation, and within three months, my knee was almost completely better. This is not like a regular PT, this is a cool PT.

Getting Back to Pain-Free Starts with Three Simple Steps

Step 1: Comprehensive Elbow Evaluation

Your first visit is a full 60-minute, one-on-one evaluation with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We assess your elbow mechanics, strength, range of motion, and movement patterns using objective testing tools — so we know exactly what's driving your pain, not just where it hurts.

Step 2: Your Personalized Treatment Plan

Based on your evaluation, we build a custom rehab plan tailored to your condition, your body, and your goals — whether that's returning to tennis, getting back to work, or lifting without pain. Treatments may include manual therapy, soft tissue mobilization, therapeutic exercise, blood flow restriction, and neuromuscular re-education.

Step 3: Return to What You Love

We track your progress with objective re-testing at every stage and adjust your plan as you improve. Direct text and email access to your PT keeps you supported between sessions. The goal isn't just less pain — it's full, confident return to sport, work, and life.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before your first elbow pain physical therapy visit in Beaverton.

  • Headquarters PT operates as a cash-based, out-of-network provider. This model gives us full control over your care — meaning longer sessions, no visit caps, and no insurance company dictating your treatment plan. We provide transparent pricing upfront, and many patients find they need fewer total visits compared to traditional PT settings.

  • Your first appointment is a comprehensive 60-minute, one-on-one evaluation with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We assess your elbow mechanics, strength, range of motion, and movement patterns using objective tools — and leave with a clear diagnosis and personalized treatment plan before you walk out the door.

  •  Every session at HQ PT is 60 minutes, one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy — not a tech or aide. We use advanced testing technology including VALD force plates and Tindeq dynamometer testing, and you get direct text and email access to your PT with a 24-hour response time. Our approach treats the whole person, not just the painful joint.

  • We treat a wide range of elbow and upper extremity conditions including tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis), golfer's elbow (medial epicondylitis), general elbow pain, tendinopathy, overuse injuries, wrist pain, and shoulder conditions that contribute to elbow mechanics. Post-surgical elbow rehab is also available.

  • Because our sessions are 60 minutes of one-on-one care, most patients at HQ PT achieve their goals in fewer visits than at a traditional PT clinic. The number of sessions varies by condition severity and individual goals — your Doctor of PT will give you a realistic timeline after your initial evaluation.

  • We're happy to talk through your situation before you book. Reach out by phone or email — we respond within 24 hours.
